Clean lines, large windows and wide open floor plans are a big draw for modern homes. This new construction project was a favorite amongst our team. Being able to work with our clients to create this open space was a lot of fun.
We focused on functionality while also keeping all the finer points that separate the modern aesthetic from other types of residential architectural details including these large windows, the outdoor space in a muted yet bold space that makes it look as if the master suite is simply floating on top.
