Palmetto Island is a unique corner of Pinecrest — in the middle of the village but a quiet neighborhood away from it all. For this home, we focused on updating the main living spaces to personalize the home and make it a true refuge for our clients.

The tempo is set from the moment you walk in the door, with a functional recessed space in the foyer that created a pocket to put an entry table without taking up floor space, keeping the home feeling clean and uncluttered. We carried that clean aesthetic throughout the home and balanced between an open floor plan and quiet niches you can scurry away to.

With a modern kitchen that maximizes space, new flooring, an updated guest bathroom, a new laundry room and updates to both family rooms, our team concentrated on making this home an escape from the stresses of everyday life and a place our clients could truly relax in.
