This spacious Pinecrest estate residence was already equipped with a pool and a tennis court, but the yawning frontier of open grass between them broke the space.
We worked up a new plan to extend the patio deck past the pool and create an oasis of shade and green. Two pergolas provide cover for a jacuzzi bath and a large outdoor kitchen. Lounge chairs and a court-side fire pit make a welcoming entertainment area.
