This client was living in a desirable South Miami location, but were quickly running out of space with a growing family. They called us to design and engineer an expansive addition to accommodate a master bedroom suite, family room, and spacious kitchen with and island and eat-in seating. The revised space plan added a guest bath and another bedroom.
