The right time to hire an owner’s rep for your luxury home construction is now. If you’re building your dream home you need an owner’s rep to be part of your team. Considering bringing on an owner’s rep to make sure that all the final deadlines are met, and all the requirements to pass various inspections are complete is a wise choice. 

Budgets get busted as projects near completion every day. An owner’s rep on site to make sure that everything is going according to plan well before the cleaners are called before you move in is the best way to keep that budget intact. The ability to address any issues immediately can save both time and money. If a problem arises that causes any crew to need to stop work getting a solution right away keeps them on your site rather than losing them for the rest of the day or the week. If they have to wait too long for a decision to be made there’s always the risk that they will shift to another job in the meantime.
